Patio RENTAL: 

(150 people total): 

Monday - Thursday

  • Day Event

    • $800 for the 4 Hrs of event time plus 1 hr set up and 1 hr tear down.

      • Additional Hour $100

  • Night Event

    • $1100 for the 4 Hrs of event time plus 1 hr set up and 1 hr tear down.

      • Additional Hour $137.50

Friday - Sunday

  • Day Event

    • $1500 for the 4 Hrs of event time plus 1 hr set up and 1 hr tear down.

      • Additional Hour $187.50

  • Night Event

    • $2000 for the 4hrs of event time plus 1 hr set up and 1 hr tear down.

      • Additional Hour $200

 

Day event must start between 11am - 12pm (event ends no later than 4pm)

  • *Property available for early morning rental as well. Inquire about details.

 

Night event must start no earlier than 5pm

  • *Property available for later evening rental as well. Inquire about details.

 

Events booked at a minimum length of 4 hrs comes with a 1 hr set up and 1 hr tear down added to the event at no charge (6 hrs total)

  • For Example: If a party books the event from 12pm - 4pm they will be allowed to start setup from 11am - 12 pm and then tear down from 4pm - 5pm at no charge.

 

*All rentals are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your dates.

  • This deposit will be added to your total bill.

 

Additional Costs:

  • Additional mandatory security guard with any alcohol package purchased

    • 1 security guard for every 50 people at $20/hr

      • 4 hr event is $100 for a guard (includes the security getting to venue 30 minutes early and staying 30 minutes after), (5 hrs total)!

  • Audio / Visual tech

    • $30/hr

 

All alcohol services will be provided by RECESS with various bar packages available for your selection.

  • All outside alcohol is NOT permitted

  • Recess may offer limited corkage options - inquire within

Special Request Only Rental*


Caveat:

  • 2.7.4. Special Events – Closure to the Public. Lessor reserves the right to close 4th Street Market to the public for special events sponsored or approved by Lessor, during which events Lessee shall be required upon request by Lessor to be open and operating in the same manner as if the public had access; provided, however, that unless approved by a majority vote of all lessees under lease (determined based on the aggregate rent of all lessees under lease), Lessor shall not hold more than 6 such special events in any calendar year. Special events are not anticipated to extend throughout the entire day and typically will be staged in late afternoon and evenings. Lessee’s obligation for Base Rent shall not be abated on special event days, and Lessee shall retain and report all gross sales revenues received by it throughout the day of a special event, If such gross revenues (including those received during the hours of the special event, if Lessee has been requested to remain open) are less than 4 times Lessee’s daily rent (based on a 30-day month), Lessor shall guarantee the shortfall and pay such amount to Lessee within 10 days following receipt by Lessor of a report of Lessee’s gross sales revenue during the special event.

Right of 

  • Any event can be rejected and or denied at anytime by the 100eats or 4th Street Market team.
