Electric City Butcher: Beef 102 Workshop

Join us for another first at Electric City Butcher, our Beef 102 Forequarter Workshop. Our whole animal butchers will break down a forequarter, home of the ribeye steak, using the seam butchery technique.

Because of the large, complex nature of beef butchery, this class is less hands-on than most of our 100 series courses, however, students will learn basic knife skills, practice roast-trussing, and take home some meat. As with all of our classes, each participant receives 10% off any in-store purchases, and a 10%-off coupon for their next visit.

To celebrate our evening of learning, refreshments are always served at the end of the night.
