Originally the longstanding Santa Ana Swap Meet, 4th Street Market Features fifteen thoughtfully curated vendors, 10 incubator kitchens, seating for three hundred guests, and more. 4th Street Market invites guests to relax, drink and dine, meet up with friends and family, and enjoy the multitude of activities in the Downtown Santa Ana’s revitalized East End. 4th Street Market is a great place to host any sort of gathering you could think of!
The 4th Street Market Patio is the perfect place host any and all events. Out patio boasts a number of amenities including A/V capabilities and a maximum capacity of 150 guests to name a few. Whether the occasion is social or business, the 4th Street Market Patio will fulfill all your event needs.
The FOODBEAST Kitchen Studio is a multi-functional space designed for a range of activities from book signings to cooking classes and demos to photography and filming. The Studio Kitchen seats 36 and can be sectioned off for some privacy.
Considering hosting a small gathering? Our individual tables are a great option for such events. We offer a selection of tables that seat anywhere from 4 to 18 guests. This space is for small business meetings to casual birthday parties!

4 hr event is $100 for a guard (includes the security getting to venue 30 minutes early and staying 30 minutes after), (5 hrs total)!

2.7.4. Special Events – Closure to the Public. Lessor reserves the right to close 4th Street Market to the public for special events sponsored or approved by Lessor, during which events Lessee shall be required upon request by Lessor to be open and operating in the same manner as if the public had access; provided, however, that unless approved by a majority vote of all lessees under lease (determined based on the aggregate rent of all lessees under lease), Lessor shall not hold more than 6 such special events in any calendar year. Special events are not anticipated to extend throughout the entire day and typically will be staged in late afternoon and evenings. Lessee’s obligation for Base Rent shall not be abated on special event days, and Lessee shall retain and report all gross sales revenues received by it throughout the day of a special event, If such gross revenues (including those received during the hours of the special event, if Lessee has been requested to remain open) are less than 4 times Lessee’s daily rent (based on a 30-day month), Lessor shall guarantee the shortfall and pay such amount to Lessee within 10 days following receipt by Lessor of a report of Lessee’s gross sales revenue during the special event.
Any event can be rejected and or denied at anytime by the 100eats or 4th Street Market team.
