EVENT AGREEMENT


This agreement is between East End Realty Partners LP dba 4th Street Market (Lessor) and (Lessee) for use of the facilities listed below within 4th Street Market, located at 201 E 4th St, Santa Ana, Ca 92701.


Policies and Additional Information

Food / Bar Services: All alcohol must go through Recess per Alcohol Beverage Control License.

Coordination: Please refer to attachment.

Insurance: Depending on event liabilities, Lessor may require Lessee to obtain event insurance policy listing East End Realty Partners LP as an additional insured. If insurance is required it must be presented to Lessor no less than 3 days before event.

Parking / Loading: Parking is provided by the City of Santa Ana through adjacent metered street parking and parking garage. Lessee may unload at city designated loading zones near 4th St / Spurgeon St and Mid-Block on Bush St between 4th St and 5th St for patio.

Additional Event Space: Inquire with the 4th Street Market team.

Cleaning: Please refer to attachment.

Security: Please refer to attachment.

Venue Hours and Set Up Time: 4th Street Market is open for events daily from 7am - 9pm / 11pm depending on day of week. Special arrangements can be made to extend hours beyond the above time. Set up time will be arranged on a per event basis depending on the logistics of the event. Please refer to attachments.

Miscellaneous: 4th Street Market is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal items at any time and recommends that all personal items are removed from property at the conclusion of the event. No pets except for the use of service animals are allowed on premise. No smoking / vape is allowed on premise. Any onsite event signage or posting will have to go through an approval process before it is allowed to go up on premise.

Security Deposit: A security deposit via valid credit card is required to secure your event. The security deposit is conditionally refundable after the event. It is understood by both parties that if there is damage or (extra) cleaning required, said security deposit, or portion of it, can be withheld. Upon signing of this document, (Lessee) agrees to pay 25% security deposit for the event. 


RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Completing the form below means you agree to the above information. You release liability of any injury, property damage or loss from East End Realty Partners LP dba 4th Street Market and all of their partners and associates.  You understand that photo or video of you, your staff, and your party as it pertains to a rental of 4th Street Market is property of East End Realty Partners LP dba 4th Street Market and its associates. This also includes that photos / videos can be used on our social platforms as needed for promotional needs.

ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE CANCELING INSIDE OF 2 WEKKS OF THE ABOVE EVENT DATE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS *
BY INITIALING YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ THE ABOVE POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. INITIALING ALSO GIVES THE LESSEE'S CONSENT FOR THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
INITIALING BELOW STATES THAT ALL ABOVE INFORMATION IS TRUE TO THE BEST OF YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND ALL INFORMATION SUPPLIED IS UNDERSTOOD ON THE LESSEE'S BEHALF.
